Overview
📩 Gmail Stream Deck Plugin with profiles - Notifications and Email Reader on any Stream Deck without opening Gmail.
The best email plugin means you don't have to look at your inbox constantly. Most professional users will open Gmail multiple times an hour, half of those just to confirm nothing changed. Put your Gmail inboxes on your Stream Deck and the email checking stops. One account or five, the unread count lives on a key all day with an optional notification sound. Track specific senders. Watch saved searches. Read the latest message on a dial without opening Gmail.
Built for all Stream Deck devices. For people who don't want to keep checking their email. --
✅ Three email accounts? Three dials. Personal, work, that side project. Sign into as many Google accounts as you like. Each key or dial points wherever you want.
✅ Watch emails from the people who matter. A key for your boss. Another for your most important client. Optional notification sound the moment they hit send. Stop scanning. The inbox tells you.
✅ Create a custom monitor. "Anything from <this client>" "Receipts from <this company>." "Starred but unread." Build the query visually, no Gmail syntax to memorize. Count can live on a key, latest match is previewed and scrollable on a dial.
✅ Read your email without opening Gmail. Stream Deck Plus dials show full email previews. Rotate to scroll the body. Push to open. Tap to hide if someone's behind you. Flick through your last five emails as visual cards.
✅ One-click sign-in. Google verified. Tokens encrypted locally with Windows DPAPI or macOS Keychain.
✅ One purchase, free updates for every future release.

🔒 Your privacy, zero drama
Gmail content goes from Google straight to your device. FlowKits never sees it, never stores it, never sends it anywhere. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using your operating system's own credential store. Revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Read-only Gmail access, independently assessed under Google's CASA Tier 2 framework.

NEW: Label Overview now follows your mailbox
Turn it on and you get Inbox, Starred, Important, and every label you've made.
Picking labels is a matter of clicking them now. They show by name.
Text stays inside the card. Long sender names and subjects used to run off the edge, because the plugin counted characters instead of measuring how wide they actually are. A long subject gives up a character or two now, which I'll take.
Emoji no longer breaks a key. One landing in the wrong spot in a subject could stop that key updating until different mail arrived.
Unread badges hold their count when you switch pages or profiles, instead of blinking to zero and staying there.
A dropout no longer signs you out. A few seconds of bad connection during a token renewal was read as a revoked login, and every key fell back to "Sign In". It waits and retries quietly now.
No more false "all caught up" when the request to Google actually failed. Keys hold the last email they loaded.
