Toggle Device - connect or disconnect any paired device; Keep connected brings it back when it drops.

Audio Output and Audio Input - switch the Mac's sound output or microphone. Set one device and the key goes to it; set several and each press steps to the next.

Mute Microphone - mute, unmute or toggle the system input mute, so every app goes quiet at once, with a sound cue each way.

Device Scene - one key, several steps in order: connect a device, move the sound output, mute the mic.

Swap Devices - each press disconnects whichever of two devices is live and connects the other; the sound can follow.

Battery Status - the charge drawn on the key, and a low-battery alert at your threshold: a red key, an optional sound and notification.

Device Dial - on Stream Deck +, browse paired devices with the dial and press to connect or disconnect.

Toggle Bluetooth - turn Bluetooth on or off.

Every key follows the real state of the Mac. Toggle Device and Battery Status take a custom icon and caption. It all runs locally: no accounts, no cloud.

Requirements: macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Stream Deck 6.9 or later. Bluetooth permission may need granting on first use.

Fixed: every key could stop updating and stay stuck on whatever it last showed - the battery charge, the connected state, the live sound device - until Stream Deck was restarted. Presses still worked, so the keys simply stopped telling you what the Mac was doing. It happened when a virtual audio device, such as a loopback or capture microphone added by a streaming or recording app, reported no usable input level.
